Telerx Announces Appointment of Tammy Cossairt to

Senior Vice President of Client Services

Horsham, PA, January 10, 2011 – Telerx, a leading outsourcing partner that provides world-class contact center and BPO services, today announced the appointment of Tammy Cossairt as Senior Vice President of Client Services, effective immediately.  Cossairt is a highly tenured member of the senior management team with more than 15 years of Telerx experience, having touched nearly every facet of the business. Cossairt joined Telerx, in June of 1992.  She has held a variety of roles including Human Resource Director, Client Service Director, Sales and Marketing Director and Senior Director of Healthcare Sales.  Cossairt most recently served as a Vice President of Client Services. “Tammy has a keen understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry, stated Linda Schellenger, Telerx President.  Her depth of experience will be invaluable in ensuring strategic and valued relationships with our client partners.”

In her various roles, Cossairt has supported the goals of over 20 different CPG companies at Telerx.  She has had direct involvement in several CPG industry segments including food and beverage, OTC, household, healthcare, and pharmaceutical products.  In addition, Cossairt has had experience working with consumer relations, sales programs (D2C and B2B), member services, business process outsourcing, and on site team management.  With an emphasis on delivering cost effective business solutions, Cossairt has been instrumental in helping clients mitigate risk and address critical issues such as voluntary product recalls and media events.  Cossairt has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.  She is an active member of SOCAP.
