Linda Schellenger, President

Linda Schellenger serves as President and a member of the Board of Directors of Telerx. Linda oversees all functional areas of Telerx. In addition to a hands-on approach to managing all aspects of the company, Linda's primary responsibilities include strategic development, business planning, and client program consultation.

Enjoying a diverse career in the contact center industry, Linda has 17 years of experience in sales, management, operations, marketing, client services, and human resources. Linda's comprehensive background allows her to bring clients a well-rounded view as she helps them strategize and develop their customer care solutions. Her experience across numerous verticals enables her to bring best practices and industry insights to Telerx and its clients. Linda holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Dynamics from Immaculata College.
